I bring more than 20 years in the professional world, an MBA, an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience, and training in NLP-based mental health coaching. Our conversations are grounded, direct, and focused on how you think, feel, decide, and show up in the parts of life that matter most.

In our one-to-one sessions, you get a confidential, judgment-free space. My job is not to tell you what to do, but to help you hear yourself more clearly and move forward with more steadiness and self-trust.
